Physician - Reproductive Endocrinology

About the role

Sanford Health is seeking a BC/BE Reproductive Endocrinologist to join the well-established Sanford Reproductive Medicine Institute in Fargo, North Dakota. The program operates the only IVF program in the state of North Dakota and is committed to supporting physician well-being.

Responsibilities

• Join a collaborative team including one board-certified reproductive endocrinologist, one board certified gynecologist, two nurse practitioners, one psychologist, one genetic counselor and a highly experienced and stable clinical staff.
• Enjoy a managed, sustainable clinic practice designed to support professional satisfaction, personal well-being, and long-term career sustainability.

• Full-time practice with opportunities to grow the program through thoughtfully structured outreach to select regional clinics—supported by centralized scheduling and outreach coordination.
• Serve 500+ patients per month, with steady growth and robust operational support to ensure equitable patient distribution and protected administrative time.
• Enjoy exceptional multidisciplinary support from Sanford’s OB-GYN, Maternal Fetal Medicine, and Neonatology teams, including an on-site Level IV NICU.

Requirements

• Board Certification in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI)
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in North Dakota
• Experience in reproductive endocrinology and infertility preferred

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Successful completion of an accredited residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Successful completion of an accredited fellowship program in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility
