Physician - Endocrinology

About the role

Join our group of six established physicians in their single specialty adult endocrine practice.

An efficient and supported practice environment with potential to earn well above average income for specialty.

The practice site is centrally located on a state of the art medical campus with immediate access to outstanding subspecialty, laboratory and radiologic resources.

Absenteeism is managed through a comprehensive leave policy that allows for time off as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of patients with endocrine disorders.
• Participate in clinical decision making and patient care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Contribute to the education and training of residents and fellows.
• Participate in research activities as appropriate.

Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Endocrinology.
• MD or DO degree.
• Current Medical License in South Dakota.
• Experience in endocrinology is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage a high volume of patient interactions.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records.

• Knowledge of endocrine disorders and their management.
• Ability to interpret and utilize diagnostic tests and imaging studies.
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
