About the role
We are seeking a Radiologist to provide general diagnostic radiology coverage on an as-needed basis. The team includes 16 radiologists with subspecialties such as interventional, breast imaging, neuroradiology, musculoskeletal, and body imaging. The position involves a mix of onsite and remote reading to promote work/life balance.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging interpretation across various modalities including MRI, CT, PET CT, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine.
- Conduct basic procedures such as paracentesis, thoracentesis, lumbar puncture, and MSK injections.
- Collaborate within a multi-specialty group practicing in an integrated health system.
- Utilize advanced technology including new PACs, voice recognition, and angiography suites.
- Provide mentorship and foster professional growth within a collegial team environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology.
- Competent in basic procedural skills.
- Willingness to work in a flexible day shift role with possible night shifts and IR call.
