About the role

Sanford Health in Fargo, N.D., is seeking a BC/BE Child Psychiatrist to join the region’s leading team of Child Behavioral Health specialists.

Practice Details

• Experienced team of 2 child Psychiatrists, 7 child Psychologists, 1 psychiatric nurse practitioner, RN support and a designated social worker.
• Full spectrum of office based specialists providing PCIT, TF-CBT, testing, and short and long term therapy services.
• Nationally recognized eating disorder program that includes clinic based services, a partial hospital and inpatient levels of care across all ages.
• Partial Hospital Program for patients who are 12 to 17 years old and their families offering intensive DBT based treatment.
• Works closely with the Traumatic Stress Treatment Center offering therapy for children who have experienced psychological trauma.
• Affiliated with the University of North Dakota’s General Psychiatry Residency Program, with 6 residents per year rotating through our child psychiatry department.
• Teaching opportunities available with a clinical faculty appointment to UND School of Medicine.
