About the role

You will enjoy practicing in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This city is New Mexico's capital and has a thriving creative arts scene, renowned Pueblo-style architecture, national forests, spectacular landscapes, and ski areas. This is a highly stimulating and aesthetically pleasing place to live and practice.

Responsibilities

• 100% outpatient work with a hybrid schedule — 3 days on-site and 2 days remote
• Leadership role supervising 20 nurse practitioners and 1 psychologist
• Manageable patient volume of 16 patients per day
• 60-minute initial evaluations and 15 - 20 minute medication checks

Schedule

• No call and no weekends
• Option to work out of a second New Mexico location

Requirements

• At least 4 years of leadership experience required
• Board certification and active New Mexico license required
