Physician - Psychiatrist
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive mental health care for patients, covering 15 beds on an inpatient unit.
Oversee psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and individualized treatment planning.
Prescribe and manage medications.
Lead therapeutic interventions.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Ensure continuity of care from admission through discharge.
Requirements
Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry.
Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, acute care environment.
Maintain the highest standards of patient safety and well-being.
Qualifications
Experience in inpatient psychiatry preferred.
Knowledge of evidence-based practices and innovative treatments such as ketamine treatments.
Skills
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Strong clinical decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
