Physician - PRN ICU Nocturnist

About the role

The successful candidate will have a primary hospital assignment at Lankenau Medical Center, providing overnight ICU coverage in a closed ICU model, while collaborating closely with Internal Medicine resident teams and an on-call Pulmonary/Critical Care fellow.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight ICU coverage in a closed ICU model
• Collaborate closely with Internal Medicine resident teams
• Collaborate with an on-call Pulmonary/Critical Care fellow
• Practice in a high-acuity, academic ICU environment
• Manage critical care patients
• Participate in resident education
• Engage in collaborative multidisciplinary practice

Requirements

Strong critical care skills are required.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Pediatrics
• Current Pennsylvania Medical License
• Experience in ICU management preferred
