Physician - Primary Care with Mercy Chippewa St Louis, Missouri

About the role

Mercy Family Medicine is seeking a board certified or board eligible Family Medicine Physician to join their established Chippewa Primary Care practice in St Louis, Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with advanced practice providers to achieve professional satisfaction
• Work within a value-based primary care model focusing on time with patients and quality incentives
• Utilize the system-wide EPIC EMR and DAX Copilot
• Benefit from dedicated panel RN support for telephone encounters, triage, and in-basket management
• Enjoy exceptional work-life balance with minimal evening, holiday, and weekend responsibilities
• Experience limited call responsibility with Mercy On-Call support
• Practice in a 100% outpatient setting

Requirements

• Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine
• Current Missouri medical license
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in primary care is preferred but not required

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Passing scores on the USMLE or COMLEX
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues
