About the role
Mercy Family Medicine is seeking a board certified or board eligible Family Medicine Physician to join their established Primary Care practice in Olivette, Missouri. The team includes two Family Medicine Physicians and an engaged support staff committed to quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with advanced practice providers to enhance professional satisfaction
- Utilize system-wide EPIC EMR and DAX Copilot
- Benefit from dedicated panel RN for telephone encounters, triage, and in-basket support
- Enjoy exceptional work-life balance with minimal administrative responsibilities
- Practice 100% outpatient, with no evenings, holidays, or weekends
- Experience limited call responsibility with Mercy On-Call support
Requirements
- Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine
- Current Missouri medical license
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with patients
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of post-residency experience preferred
- Experience with value-based primary care models
- Strong interest in integrated health systems and public service loan forgiveness
