We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes summary, qualifications, duties, benefits (pay, PTO, retirement, insurance, etc.), schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. Remove boilerplate, navigation, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to decide sections: About the role (summary), Qualifications, Duties (maybe split into Clinical and Administrative), Benefits (Pay, PTO, Retirement, Insurance, Licensure, CME, Malpractice, Contract, Work Schedule). However we should only include sections if posting has real specific content. It does have Pay, PTO, Retirement, Insurance, Licensure, CME, Malpractice, Contract, Work Schedule. So we can have a Benefits section covering those, or separate sections: Pay, Schedule, Benefits. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have multiple headings. Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. But we need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. It does have Pay, Schedule, Benefits details. Could combine Pay, Benefits, Schedule into one Benefits section? But they gave examples of headings; we can choose to include Pay, Schedule, Benefits as separate if they have content. However they say prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Pay, Benefits, Schedule into one "Benefits and Compensation" section? But they said use headings like Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Might be okay to have separate but they'd be thin? Let's see content: Pay: Competitive salary - annual performance bonus - regular salary increases. PTO: 50-55 days... Retirement: Traditional federal pension... Insurance: Federal health/vision/dental/term life/long-term care... Licensure: 1 full and unrestricted license... CME: Possible $1,000 per year reimbursement... Malpractice: Free liability protection... Contract: No Physician Employment Contract... Work Schedule: 8:00 am-4:30 pm Monday thru Friday. That's a lot of detail; could be separate sections but each is substantive. However they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could group Pay, PTO, Retirement, Insurance, Licensure, CME, Malpractice, Contract under Benefits heading, and Schedule separate. Or group Pay and Benefits together. Let's decide: We'll have sections: About the role (summary), Qualifications, Duties (maybe split into Clinical and Administrative but we can combine), Benefits and Compensation (including Pay, PTO, Retirement, Insurance, Licensure, CME, Malpractice, Contract), Work Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for each section heading. We need to use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for qualifications we have a list of basic requirements and preferred experience. We'll put them in
. For duties we have bullet list; we can put in
. For benefits we have list items; we can put in
. For schedule maybe just a

. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting. Let's extract content: Summary: "Serve as a Physician-Primary Care-Section Chief for Eastern Colorado Health Care System (ECHCS) located in Pueblo - Colorado. Duties: includes note about announcement open until filled, applications reviewed no later than 24 Sept 2026, link to youtube (maybe ignore as boilerplate? It's a link but not boilerplate; it's part of posting. Might keep as part of duties? It's a link to a video; maybe keep as part of duties? It's not essential but it's substantive? It's a link to a video; could be considered boilerplate? It's a promotional link; but it's not navigation/legal/EEO. Might keep but it's not essential. However we can keep as part of duties? It says "Start - continue - or finish your career here | VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System(youtube.com)". That seems like a promotional link; could be considered boilerplate but not explicitly listed to remove. Safer to keep? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This is not those. It's a link to youtube; maybe it's part of the posting but not essential. I'd keep it as part of duties? Might be odd. I'd treat it as part of the summary? Actually it's after duties note. I'd include it as a

maybe. Duties list: The Section Chief of Primary Care oversees delivery of primary care services for Veterans within ECHCS and provides direct clinical care... etc. Then bullet list of duties: Perform histories and physicals, Initiate and adjust therapeutic regimens, Order diagnostic and therapeutic tests/studies, Initiate consults to specialty services, Prescribe medications/supplies in accordance with VA policy and the VA formulary, Provide appropriate follow-up care, Triage patients with non-medicine complaints - diseases - and injuries to appropriate discipline for diagnostics and treatment. Now produce HTML. We'll have:
