Gifford Health Care, an FQHC and Critical Access Hospital, seeks a well-rounded Primary Care Physician to join their established, successful Primary Care office in Randolph, VT.

Responsibilities

• Practice rural medicine in a team environment
• Collaborate with Community Health Team and Population Health Team for patient care

• Work in a setting with modern facilities, including a birthing center, imaging, and diagnostic equipment

Requirements

• Experience in primary care

Qualifications

• Medical degree
• Board certification in Family Medicine or equivalent
• Current license to practice medicine in VT
