Physician - Primary Care

About the role

The Primary Care Physician will join a multi-specialty group at AtlantiCare's Hammonton campus. Practices are moving towards the patient-centered medical home model, offering same- or next-day urgent appointments, electronic medical records, and partnerships with AtlantiCare care managers.

Responsibilities

• Offering same- or next-day urgent appointments
• Using electronic medical records
• Partnering with an AtlantiCare care manager
• Receiving support from AtlantiCare hospitalists for patients admitted to the medical centers

Requirements

• Medical degree
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Experience in primary care

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for patient-centered care

• Effective problem-solving skills
• Strong clinical judgment
• Excellent interpersonal skills
