Join CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic, one of Texas’ largest and most respected multispecialty groups, as a BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician in Longview, TX. This is a full‑time, physician‑led, faith‑based position in the Internal Medicine Resident Clinic, working alongside a collegial team of four physicians. The clinic serves an established patient panel and supports an internal medicine residency program with 36 resident clinicians. You will split your time evenly between managing your own patient panel and performing administrative and teaching duties for residents. Longview, TX is located 120 miles east of Dallas and 65 miles west of Shreveport, LA, offering outdoor activities such as fishing, boating, swimming, hiking, biking, running trails, and golf courses, as well as excellent schools and several colleges and universities nearby. As a Top 50 Physician Group in the U.S., CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic employs a dyad leadership model with a physician leader and an administrative leader for each service line. The facility is a modern, recently renovated clinic equipped with AI‑integrated services to streamline documentation and enhance patient care, and uses Epic EMR for both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal patient panel (approximately 18‑20 patients per day).
• Perform administrative duties and teaching responsibilities for internal medicine residents.

Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine.
