Physician Practice Manager Primary Care
About the role
Oversee all daily practice site operations, manage staff, patient flow, and site policies.
Serve as the primary liaison between practice physicians, employees, and administrative/clinical departments.
Support financial objectives, including budget monitoring and optimizing billing and collections functions.
Develop and implement practice growth strategies, business plans, and staffing to meet provider demands.
Manage all aspects of staff relations, including performance, recruitment, scheduling, and conflict management.

Requirements
- A high school diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
- Or 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
