About the role

inFORME Healthcare is growing and seeking a part-time (2–3 days a week) Board-Certified Physical Medicine and Rehab (PM & R) Physician to manage patients in a brand-new, state-of-the-art inpatient rehab hospital. You will work alongside a highly capable medical staff in a physician-driven model known for stellar clinical outcomes. This rotational schedule pairs you with another provider covering alternate days; shifts range from 5–6 hours (dependent on efficiency). The PM & R physician will consult closely with internal medicine to address medical complexities, offering excellent work-life balance with flexible start and end times.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients in a patient-centered, compassionate environment as part of an interdisciplinary clinical team.

Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehab.
• Full Kansas Medical Licensure or ability to apply.
• Federal DEA and possess or be eligible for Kansas Controlled Substance Certificate.

Schedule
