Physician - Plastic & Reconstruction

About the role

Serving patients of all ages, this position at Sanford Clinic involves general plastic surgery, OMF, breast reconstruction, flaps, trauma and wound care, along with aesthetic plastic surgery. The practice is part of a large, built-in referral base spanning Western North Dakota, Eastern Montana, and Northern South Dakota.

Responsibilities

• Partner with and complement the strong, comprehensive surgical team
• Practice encompasses general plastic surgery, OMF, breast reconstruction, flaps, trauma and wound care along with aesthetic plastic surgery
• Serve patients of all ages
• Work at a single campus with an outpatient surgery center
• Experience in microsurgery and/or hand surgery is welcomed but not exclusive
• Participate in teaching/academic activities within the UND School of Medicine
• Work in a culture of innovation and supportive administration

Requirements

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Plastic Surgery
• 7 days call per month

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Current medical license in North Dakota or ability to obtain one
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude
