About the role

We are seeking a Fee-For-Service/1099 Attending Physician/Medical Director for a clinical role in a long-term care setting. The position involves working 16-20 hours weekly with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care
• Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with the Center Medical Director
• Assess patients and deliver high-quality care
• Support the implementation of clinical programs
• Adhere to policies and maintain compliance
• Foster relationships with hospitals and community organizations
• Serve as a role model for staff and promote the organization's mission

Qualifications

• MD or DO certification
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Long-term care (LTC) experience
• Legal and ethical compliance
• Participation in training
• Ability to report concerns
