- Active State License in Mississippi
- Board Certification
- DEA and CSR registration
- Proficiency with EMR
Skills & Requirements
- Ability to perform injections
- Hold necessary licenses and certifications
- Work in an outpatient orthopedic and spine practice setting

Schedule
