Qualifications

  • Education: Required: Medical Degree from an accredited institution. Required: Residency training in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R). Preferred: Fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management or Spine.
  • Licenses & Certifications: Active Pennsylvania Medical License (or eligibility). Board Certified or Board Eligible in PM&R (and Pain Medicine, if fellowship-trained).
  • Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related field (including residency or fellowship training).
