About the role
Provides hospital-based medical care to pediatric patients under the supervision of attending physicians.
Responsibilities
- Assesses and manages patient conditions in a hospital setting.
- Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Monitors patient progress and communicates changes in condition to supervising physicians.
- Ensures compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Current license to practice medicine in Oklahoma.
- Experience in hospital medicine preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Knowledge of pediatric medicine.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR).
