Physician - Pediatric Emergency Medicine

About the Role

Seeking Pediatric Emergency Medicine physicians or Pediatricians with EM experience to provide high-quality care in a busy pediatric emergency department. The position offers autonomy within a physician-owned partnership, emphasizing local control, transparency, and shared purpose.

You will manage an annual ED volume of approximately 38,000 patients, collaborate with subspecialists, and deliver comprehensive pediatric emergency care in a Level 2 Pediatric Trauma Center with a 24-bed PICU and Level 3 NICU, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. The role utilizes Cerner EMR.

Responsibilities

• Providing emergency pediatric care in a high-volume ED setting
• Collaborating with hospital staff, subspecialists, and intensivists
• Utilizing Cerner EMR for documentation and patient management
• Participating in a culture focused on team success, community impact, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Board Eligible/Certified in Pediatric Emergency Medicine or Pediatrician with EM experience
• AZ license preferred; Visa candidates encouraged
• Strong collaborative and communication skills
