Physician - Pediatric Allergist/Immunologist
About the role
The Department of Pediatrics at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine is seeking an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics with expertise in Pediatric Allergist/Immunology. The successful candidate will provide clinical care at the Kentucky Children's Hospital and the Kentucky Clinic, educate medical students, residents, and the broader medical community, and conduct research.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality cost-effective care to children with allergy and immunology disorders and diseases at the Kentucky Children's Hospital and the Kentucky Clinic.
- Participate in the education of medical students, residents, and other members of the medical community.
- Develop clinical investigations/projects in a selected area of clinical Allergy Immunology.
- Engage in medical student and resident programs.
- Contribute to medical research.
Requirements
- Completion of Pediatric Residency and Fellowship for Pediatric Allergy.
- Unrestricted KY Medical license.
Qualifications
- MD, DO or equivalent degree.
