About the role

Join our Clinical Department Pathology team at OU Health. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physician - Pathology to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct diagnostic tests and interpret results to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Keep up-to-date with advancements in pathology and clinical medicine through continuing education and research
  • Provide expert consultation on complex cases and provide guidance to other healthcare providers

Requirements

  • M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board certification in Anatomic and/or Clinical Pathology
  • Current Oklahoma Medical License
  • Experience in clinical pathology preferred

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

  • Proficiency in laboratory equipment and techniques
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
