Physician - Palliative Care

About the role

Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Palliative Care physicians for tele-non acute shifts. Provide palliative care services via telehealth, focusing on non-acute cases, with an emphasis on patient-centered support and symptom management.

Responsibilities

• Provide palliative care services via telehealth for non-acute cases
• Focus on patient-centered support and symptom management
• Participate in approximately 7 shifts per month, each lasting 8 hours
• Ensure quality care delivery without stroke consults
• Deliver telehealth palliative care consultations and support
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with clinical standards
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Board eligibility or certification in Palliative Care
• IN state license preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a telehealth setting
• Commitment to compassionate patient care
