$200/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings for sections present. Need to include only sections with real content: About the role? Not present. Responsibilities? Duties section present. Requirements/Qualifications? There's a Qualifications section with basic requirements etc. Benefits? There's a benefits description (Paid Time Off, Retirement, Insurance, CME, Malpractice, Contract). Pay? There's "Pay: Competitive salary - annual performance bonus - regular salary increases". Schedule? There's "Work Schedule: FT - Monday - Friday - 8am to 4:30pm". Also EDRP info is in summary; maybe include as part of About the role? Could create a section "About the role" summarizing EDRP eligibility? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. The summary includes EDRP eligibility details. So we could create an "About the role" section with that content. Also "Job Summary" maybe part of About the role? But we can combine.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc.
We must use

We must use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for duties list, we need to extract bullet points. The duties paragraph is long prose with many items separated by sentences. We could split into list items for each duty. Similarly for requirements/qualifications: list of basic requirements etc. Benefits list.
We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like EDRP eligibility, program approval, award amount up to $200,000, eligibility period one to five years, former EDRP participants ineligible, etc.
We need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO etc. Not present.
We need to output only HTML fragment.
Let's structure:

That's about EDRP incentive and contact. Should we include that? It's substantive. Could add to About the role or a separate "Incentive" section? But we only have headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. No "Incentive". Could incorporate into About the role or Benefits? The incentive is about EDRP sign-on bonus. Could add to About the role paragraph.
Add: "Recruitment / Relocation Incentive (Sign-on Bonus): Authorized EDRP Authorized: Former EDRP participants ineligible to apply for incentive. Contact VISN5HREDRPCoordinators@va.gov - the EDRP Coordinator for questions/assistance."
Also there is "Physical Requirements: Physical aspects associated with work required of this assignment are typical for the occupation - see Duties section for essential job duties of the position May require standing - lifting - carrying - sitting - stooping - bending - pulling - and pushing May be required to wear personal protective equipment and undergo annual TB screening or testing as conditions of employment." This is physical requirements; could be part of Responsibilities or a separate section? Not in allowed headings. Could add to Responsibilities as a bullet? Might be okay to add as a bullet under Responsibilities. But we must not invent sections. We could add a bullet under Responsibilities for physical requirements. However the instruction: Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Physical requirements could be considered part of duties/requirements. We'll add as a bullet.
Also there is "Reference: For more information on this qualification standard - please visit https://www.va.gov/ohrm/QualificationStandards/" That's a reference link; could be included in Qualifications section as a note.
We must preserve all substantive information. Let's incorporate.
