About the role

Full-time Otolaryngologist providing comprehensive ENT care in a community-based practice.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct patient care including exams, diagnosis, treatment, and medication management
  • Coordinate referrals and supervise staff
  • Participate in administrative, teaching, and committee activities
  • Ensure compliance with policies, quality standards, safety, and infection control
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
  • Attend professional development activities
  • Protect patient confidentiality per HIPAA
  • Support efficient patient flow and collaborate with specialists
  • Uphold high standards of care and professionalism

Requirements

  • Maryland Medical Specialty License or Certification
  • Board Certification in Otolaryngology
  • DEA and CDS Licenses
  • BLS certification
  • Malpractice insurance
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
