Full-time Otolaryngologist providing comprehensive ENT care in a community-based practice.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care including exams, diagnosis, treatment, and medication management
- Coordinate referrals and supervise staff
- Participate in administrative, teaching, and committee activities
- Ensure compliance with policies, quality standards, safety, and infection control
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Attend professional development activities
- Protect patient confidentiality per HIPAA
- Support efficient patient flow and collaborate with specialists
- Uphold high standards of care and professionalism
Requirements
- Maryland Medical Specialty License or Certification
- Board Certification in Otolaryngology
- DEA and CDS Licenses
- BLS certification
- Malpractice insurance
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
