Responsibilities

• Offer subspecialty care including glaucoma and neuro-ophthalmology.
• Participate in medical education and research.

Requirements

• Board certified/eligible in ophthalmology.
• Completed retina fellowship.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits

• Annual compensation of $750,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
• $150,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details).
