Physician - Ophthalmology
Description
MaineHealth Ophthalmology is seeking a physician to join their thriving Brunswick and Damariscotta practices. The selected candidate will provide comprehensive adult ophthalmologic care including cataract surgery, medical glaucoma and retina management, and minor lid surgery. This role may also offer a potential blended pediatric caseload. This is a full-time position with a clinical volume of approximately 60-70 office visits and 10 surgeries per week, including regional call responsibilities.
Qualifications
- MD or DO with board certification in Ophthalmology
- Licensed, or eligible for Maine state medical licensure
- Experience in both clinical and surgical ophthalmology
- Strong commitment to patient care and collaborative practice
