ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive inpatient care to the residents and patients of MorseLife Health System
• Work as a key member of the medical team working closely with staff managing the medical care of residents and patients
• Makes sure key quality outcomes are met with residents/patients; sets up protocols
• Participates and leads quality improvement programs across MorseLife Health System
• Meets the unique and growing needs of complex and frail elderly patients
• Provides on call coverage, in collaboration with other physicians, on a rotational basis
