Las Vegas, Nevada offers physicians a vibrant lifestyle with abundant sunshine, cultural attractions, and no state income tax. The state faces a critical shortage of healthcare providers. CompHealth has relationships with hospitals nationwide and often knows about opportunities before they are advertised. Join 7 established ophthalmologists in the largest ophthalmic network in Las Vegas, working in a single‑specialty ambulatory surgery center with dedicated support staff and scribes. You will step into an established patient base of 40‑60 visits per day and 20‑25 surgeries per week.

Responsibilities

• Work a Monday‑Friday schedule: 3.5 days in clinic and 1 day in the operating room.
• Provide a flexible mix of comprehensive, cataract, glaucoma, and cornea procedures as a cornea surgeon.
• Manage patient volume of 40‑60 visits per day and perform 20‑25 surgeries per week.
• Utilize support from RNs, surgical techs, surgery schedulers, and back‑office staff.

Requirements

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible ophthalmologist.

Pay

Salary from $400,000.00 to $400,000.00 annually (all‑inclusive, combining base pay with potential overtime, call, and holiday pay).
