Compensation

Salary from $550,000.00 to $555,000.00 annually

About the role

Join 6 ophthalmologists, 5 optometrists, and a dedicated low vision specialist in a busy, ready-made, full-volume practice with a large optometric referral network. Sub-specialties include vitreoretinal surgery, cornea, and neuro-ophthalmology. The practice operates from a state-of-the-art facility with 26 exam lanes, laser rooms, and an onsite ambulatory surgery center. Integrated clinical research suite and academic affiliation are also available.

Responsibilities

• Practice management and leadership responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive eye exams and provide medical and surgical care
• Collaborate with sub-specialists as needed
• Contribute to the integrated clinical research suite
• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible
• Fellowship-trained candidates encouraged to apply

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Current license to practice medicine in the state of Illinois
