About the Role
This full-time position offers a guaranteed salary that grows each year until partnership, after which it transitions to a salary plus quarterly bonus distribution. Post-partnership, proven earnings approach a seven-figure take-home pay. The role is based in a brand-new facility featuring 22 infusion chairs, social workers, financial counselors, genetic counselors, and access to Phase I-IV clinical trials in collaboration with leading institutions such as Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, MD Anderson Cancer Center, The Mayo Clinic Cancer Center, the Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center of Johns Hopkins, and Stanford University’s Comprehensive Cancer Institute.
The practice includes a group of 21 physicians and 27 nurse practitioners/physician assistants, with dedicated support staff for each provider: one patient navigator, one NP/PA, and two medical assistants to ensure a clinic-centric experience.
