About the role

Reporting directly to the Electric Boat Medical Director, the Occupational Medicine Physician provides medical and clinical oversight of patient care for Quonset Point and off‑site affiliated medical programs of Electric Boat, ensuring standardized and consistent medical procedures based on evidence‑based data, establishing directives and best practices, developing and monitoring the annual medical budget and department goals, and collaborating with HR, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Health & Wellness, Workers’ Compensation, Safety, Legal, and site leadership to integrate occupational health initiatives into company operations.
