About the role
Banner Health, one of the country's premier non-profit health systems, is seeking a BC Physician in either Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Preventative Medicine or Public Health for an employed Occupational Medicine position in partnership with the Phoenix Fire Department. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced BC Occupational Medicine Physician to join our highly engaged team.
Responsibilities
Perform clinical occupational health services, demonstrating competence in the evaluation and treatment of occupational injuries and illnesses, and conducting specialty examinations for patients, employers, and payors associated with Banner Occupational Health Services.
Requirements
- Board certification in Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Preventative Medicine, or Public Health
- 1–3 years of experience preferred
- DOT certification required upon hire or within one year of hire date
- ACLS and BLS certification required, or obtain within 6 months of employment
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4:00 pm; call rotated within the team.
