Physician - Obstetrics/Gynecology, Maternal Fetal Medicine/Perinatology

About the role

The practice serves inpatient, outpatient and outreach needs. Services provided include detailed ultrasounds, fetal echocardiograms, pre-pregnancy counseling, Nuchal Translucency, CVS and genetic amniocentesis. The ultrasound department is AIUM accredited.

Responsibilities

• Collaborative partnership in a well-established MFM practice
• Full-time, part-time, or flexible schedule available
• Participate in physician call rotation
• Provide care for 3200+ live births annually
• Offer pre-pregnancy counseling, genetic testing, and other maternal-fetal medicine services
• Teaching opportunities for medical students and research

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Experience in Maternal Fetal Medicine preferred
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work collaboratively

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Current license to practice medicine in the state of South Dakota
• Passing scores on the USMLE or COMLEX

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of obstetric and gynecological conditions
• Experience with advanced imaging techniques
