About the role

Sanford Health is seeking a BC/BE Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician to join a well-supported, collaborative MFM team in Fargo, North Dakota.

This is an exceptional opportunity to practice consultative MFM within a growing Women’s Health program supported by strong partnerships, advanced technology, and a full spectrum of pediatric subspecialists.

Responsibilities

• Practice as a consult-only physician with shared telephone call
• Collaborate in managing the inpatient Antepartum Service alongside Ob/Gyn partners
• No deliveries required
• Work with 13 Ob/Gyn colleagues in a strong, collegial environment
• Participate in regional outreach and expanded program development

Requirements

• Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN)
• Board Certification in Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM)
• Experience in high-risk obstetrics
• Experience with advanced technology and pediatric subspecialties

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Current medical license in North Dakota or willing to obtain one
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong clinical skills

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Strong clinical skills in high-risk obstetrics and neonatology
