• 4-day work week with 32 patient-facing hours and 8 admin hours
• 1:5 rotating call schedule supporting strong work-life balance
• Hospital-employed position within a multi-specialty group practice
• Mix of inpatient and outpatient consultative work
• Da Vinci robotic surgery available on-site; robotics certification preferred
