Physician OB Hospitalist Part-Time
Job Summary
The health system is committed to attracting and retaining the very best professionals. This position is responsible for diagnosing, managing, and treating obstetrical and gynecologic patients in the emergency department and inpatient setting. They also provide input in the development of standard of care guidelines for the Ob/Gyn service line.
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensed by the Louisiana State board of Medical Examiners to practice medicine
- Board Certified in Obstetrics/Gynecology
- Minimum of 3-years of Ob/Gyn practice post residency
Physical Demands
- Must possess good physical health
- Standing, sitting or walking for long periods of time
- Lifting at least 20 pounds is required
- Able to work with a moderate level of noise
