About the role
We are seeking an energetic OB/GYN Physician to join our growing team of providers making a difference in Women's healthcare. You will play a crucial role in providing integrated, comprehensive and wholistic healthcare to women throughout their life stages, such as reproductive health, prenatal, childbirth, and overall wellness.
Responsibilities
- Work in a state-of-the-art outpatient clinic with the ability to work with partner facilities on inpatient procedures.
- Conduct thorough examinations and assessments of patients to diagnose gynecological and obstetric conditions.
- Provide prenatal, perinatal, and postnatal care, including managing labor and delivery processes.
- Perform surgical procedures as necessary, including cesarean sections and gynecological surgeries.
- Educate patients on reproductive health, family planning, and preventive care measures.
- Support patients with the physical and emotional changes of menopause.
- Collaborate with other a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans and provide education to patients regarding their health choices.
- Enhance the quality of life for women by delivering high-quality medical care and support during critical health transitions.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Current unrestricted license to practice Medicine in the State of Texas or be able to obtain.
- Registered and have current DEA, DPS and other such certificates to legally operate as a practitioner in the State of Texas or be able to obtain.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience in a clinical setting with a diverse patient population.
- Experience with eClinicalWorks or similar MS Office Suite skills (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
