Physician - Nocturnist - Emergency Medicine - Saint Francis Hospital - Wilmington
The Opportunity
Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians.
A current DE state license is a plus.
7-8 night shifts per month.
Shifts are typically 8-8.5 hours in length.
One full weekend commitment per month (Friday-Sunday).

Total Compensation
Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience.
In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages.
Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
