About the role
This is an excellent opportunity for a board-certified neurologist to join a growing outpatient practice in coastal Maine. The incoming physician will provide comprehensive outpatient neurology services and enjoy significant autonomy in structuring patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient neurology services
- Enjoy significant autonomy in structuring patient care
- Work alongside an experienced part-time neurologist
- Collaborate with hospital-based physicians when consultation is needed
Requirements
- Board-certified in neurology
- Experience in general neurology or subspecialties such as epilepsy, stroke, neuromuscular disorders, sleep medicine, or movement disorders is preferred but not required
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage a busy schedule with minimal inpatient and call responsibilities
