The Director of TBI program will oversee multiple clinics, manage a team, and provide oversight for the program. The role requires a strong background in neurology, with expertise in traumatic brain injury.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple clinics
• Manage a team of healthcare providers
• Develop and implement programs to improve patient outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address complex patient needs

Requirements

• Board certified in neurology
• Experience in managing a TBI program
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree
• Current license to practice medicine in the state of Washington
• At least 3 years of experience in a clinical or administrative role related to TBI

Skills

• Expertise in traumatic brain injury
• Telehealth experience (a plus)
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
