Responsibilities

• Serve as an integral part of the Orthopedics outpatient/inpatient practice.
• Share responsibilities with the injury-based Occupational Medicine Clinic for the surrounding community.
• Manage challenging and complex patients with a focus on treatment, symptom management, and psychosocial support.
• Play a key role in the development and growth of an orthopedic practice.

Requirements

• American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Commitment to challenging and complex patients.
• Excellent communication and assessment skills.

Position Highlights

• Potential for unlimited growth and access to advanced surgical robot with AI integration.
• Practice structure prioritizes OR time over clinic.
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.
• 10% Inpatient, 90% Outpatient.

Pay

• $625k starting base salary.
• Opportunity to earn additional income based on RVU production.
• $50k starting bonus.
