About the role
A unique opportunity for an experienced urologist seeking balance, flexibility, and meaningful clinical impact. We are developing an innovative urology practice model that offers a well‑defined schedule, focused clinical responsibilities, and the ability to remain engaged in patient care without the demands of a traditional full‑time practice. This position is ideally suited for an established urologist who values schedule predictability, enjoys operative and clinical care, and is interested in working with a collaborative team. Physicians with previous locums experience, regional ties, or an interest in gradually transitioning toward retirement may find this opportunity particularly attractive.
