Physician (MD/DO) - Family Practice

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic tests.
• Diagnose and manage a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including prescribing medications and referring to specialists when needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Accurately document patient encounters, diagnoses, and treatment outcomes in electronic medical records.

Qualifications & Skills

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of relevant residency training.
• Board certification or eligibility in family medicine.
• Active medical license in the practicing state.
• Strong clinical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
