Physician (MD/DO) - Family Practice

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care in a team-based environment with embedded behavioral health, care managers, and social workers.
• Conduct patient assessments, manage medical conditions, and coordinate care, primarily via phone triage during call shifts.
• Maintain documentation using Epic EMR and adhere to a patient-centered approach.

• MD with family practice specialization, new graduates welcome
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work collaboratively

Key Duties & Benefits

• Full-time role with minimal call (2 weekends/year, 1 weeknight every 5-6 weeks)
• No evenings
• Competitive salary starting at $255,000, with potential increases
