Physician (MD/DO) - Family Practice

About the role

This full-time role is part of a team dedicated to patient-centered, outpatient primary care in Putnam, CT.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in a family practice setting
• Triage calls from patients using nurse triage services
• Manage a low call schedule, averaging two weekends per year and one weeknight every 5-6 weeks

Requirements

• Medical Degree (MD)
• Board Certification in Family Medicine
• Current Medical License in CT

Qualifications

• Experience in primary care is preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

A competitive salary starting at $255,000, with potential increases based on experience, plus sign-on and incentive bonuses, and relocation assistance.
