SSM Health Dean Medical Group is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient primary care clinic in Evansville, Wisconsin, just 30 minutes from Madison. Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine
• Eligible for Wisconsin medical licensure
• Passion for community-focused care
• Graduate from an accredited ACGME family medicine residency program
• Desire to be the collaborating physician with APPs located at the practice
