About the Role
SSM Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our established rural clinic in Chandler, Oklahoma. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced physician or a graduating resident who values meaningful patient relationships, a diverse range of diagnoses, and the welcoming atmosphere of a close‑knit community. Visa sponsorship is available. The incoming physician will step into an established practice with approximately 1,100 patients and the potential for continued growth, with an anticipated volume of 20 to 25 patients per day.
Position Highlights
- Full‑time, 1.0 FTE primary care opportunity
- Monday through Friday schedule
- 100% outpatient practice
- Established patient panel of approximately 1,100 patients
- Anticipated volume of 20 to 25 patients per day
- 15‑ and 30‑minute appointment scheduling
- Very low call requirements; call coverage limited to your own patients by phone and partner coverage during PTO
- Open to experienced physicians and graduating residents
- Visa sponsorship available
