Physician - MD/DO - Family Medicine

Role: BC/BE Family Medicine physician with a focus on pediatric patients, providing outpatient care in a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities: Manage a full panel of pediatric patients, deliver high-quality outpatient care, participate in a 4-5 day work week, and handle minimal phone call duties (2x/month). Work in newly designed offices alongside experienced staff, including RNs and MAs, with on-site imaging and lab services. Maintain a balanced schedule with no holiday work and minimal weekend call (less than 50 annually). Qualifications & Skills: Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, strong clinical skills, team-oriented attitude, and commitment to excellence in pediatric care. Key Duties: Provide outpatient pediatric services, collaborate with a well-established team, and contribute to a supportive clinical environment. Compensation includes a 2-year salary guarantee, RVU-based incentives, and a competitive sign-on bonus.
